15 Day Cleanse

ON ARISING:
Drink three glasses of warm water: a) with a dash of fresh lemon juice, b) with 1 tbs of Braggs raw apple cider vinegar (this kick starts your digestion). Wait 20 minutes and then drink 200mls of fresh vegetable juice, carrot, celery, cabbage and beet root, etc. Alternate every other day with fresh organic fruit juice – Apple, pear, prune, apricot, watermelon, pineapple, add paw paw herb, milk thistle, dandelion, cilantro, parsley, oregano, and/or rosemary for optimal effect. Mix these juices together or simply have one. Swish the juice in your mouth to provide needed saliva for proper digestion. If you don’t have time to prepare fresh juices please use only bottled organic fruit juices which contain 100% juice and “NO ADDED ANYTHING”.

PLEASE NOTE: If you suffer from constipation drink 300 ml of celery juice or 100% prune juice (bottled) every morning instead of the above juices.

BREAKFAST:
Always start with a CCCB drink. Have 30 grams of protein within 40 minutes of waking up. The thought here is this should be your largest meal of the day. The best living plant based proteins are dark green leafy vegetables broccoli and pea sprouts, broccoli, kale (all 45% protein), and Spinach (35% protein). These greens provide digestible calcium, chlorophyll, minerals and essential amino acids.  Also, a medium serving of natural organic raw muesli (of course- no added sugar), add fresh pear, peaches, ripe banana, stone fruits in season or with your favorite sun dried fruits, sprinkle 1 heap teaspoon of chia seeds. Add raw home made nut mylk, soy (if you are female) not cows milk. An alterative to raw muesli; Medium serving of porridge or quinoa, amaranth, spelt grains with mixed fresh or sun dried fruits and sprinkle 1 heap teaspoon of chia seeds.

MID MORNING:
1 – 2 pieces of fresh fruit (no oranges please) and one cup of Green Tea or Herbal Tea of your choice (do not add sugar or milk). 30 MINS BEFORE LUNCH Eat one piece of fruit.

LUNCH:
Make a salad consisting of 95% mixed sprouts (Clove, alfalfa and broccoli sprouts are the most cancer fighting) use avocado or tahini as a spread for taste (No Butter). Always include heaps of fresh sprouted seeds, grains or legumes with all salad mixes.

MID AFTERNOON:
1 or 2 pieces of fresh fruit and afterwards a cup of Green tea or herbal tea. If you feel hungry you can nibble on raw walnuts, almonds, raw pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds, more fresh fruit or carrots and celery.

30 MINS BEFORE DINNER:
Do at least 3 minutes of breathe work, ie Dr. Buteyko, Wilm Hof, Kundalini’s ego eradicator breathing techniques.

DINNER:
*Eat one whole peach or apricot before dinner. Include any of the foods on the “Acid / Alkaline List” I give you upon your fourth session. Brown Rice, streamed vegetables, wholemeal pasta etc. On the 2nd, 4th & 6th days you can include a SMALL portion of streamed or grilled fish.  *Do not drink any liquids until 20 minutes after dinner.

Bentonite Clay and Fiber

Bentonite clay and fiber rich foods such as cruciferous veggies (This is why we must grow our own foods), such as flaxseeds, assist with the detox process.

Bentonite is a type of edible clay that acts as a bulk laxative by absorbing water to form a gel. It binds toxins such as pesticides and helps to carry them out of the colon.

Flaxseeds, preferably freshly crushed and psyllium hulls powder also absorb water and expand in the colon, allowing toxins and mucus to be removed. In addition, flaxseeds have been found to lower cholesterol levels.

Instructions

It is important to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day or gassiness and constipation may result.

Lime or Lemon Water

Lime or Lemon juice in water also has a slightly laxative effect and stimulates the digestive juices which is important for detoxing. Squeeze a wedge or 1/4 lemon into warm water and drink immediately after rising in the morning.
